I’m imagining things are busy for everyone – we’ve had small gatherings the past few weeks with great discussions and always prayer for our wider community. Here’s a prayer for you now:
God, be in the minds and hearts of the students in our midst. Inspire them, support them, and offer extra measures of grace where everything seems stuck and there isn’t a path through. In those exhausted, weary and frustrated moments, may your life break through. In this Lenten season of introspection, help us to dig deeper so that what we find inside may serve us well as we seek to live a life with you. Thank you, Jesus for always walking with us and teaching us your way. Amen
What’s coming up?
– This Monday we’re on chapters 15-17, though we’re going to begin with the end of 14, because we didn’t quite make it though last week.
– Kathryn is inviting folks to a movie and knitting night at her house on either March 17 or 18 (Fri or Sat) – stay tuned for more from Kathryn on that.
– University Hill’s Lenten Devotional is up. It includes daily reflections from congregation members and the wider community. Here’s the link to the website.
I hope to see you on Monday for the continuation of Revelation! We’ll be planning music at 4pm in my office if you want to come and participate. The chapel will be open at 5pm if you want to come early and help set up and hang out for a bit before dinner.
